02In ProgressMove to In Progress when you begin work; customer status SMS is automated.
03Run QuotesUse authorized carriers. Record home or auto results and flag missing information.
04Return to TonySubmit the carrier results form. GHL workflow moves the opportunity to Customer Pipeline → Quote Ready — Tony Review and assigns Tony as owner.
Do not manually move completed quotes to a Ready for Tony Review stage in the Quoting Pipeline. The submission workflow handles the return. If the form or workflow fails, notify Tony and do not assume the handoff completed.
Use the customer-specific Open Quote Results Form link in your GHL assignment email. The same link can be reused when Tony requests additional Home or Auto carrier quotes for that opportunity.

Short walkthroughs, approved operating procedures, and reference guides in one place.
1. Locate and acknowledge your assigned quoteFrom Start Here, open My Quote Queue. Find the opportunity under Assigned to Von and drag its card to In Progress before reviewing the quote details. Confirm the card appears in In Progress. The existing GHL workflow notifies Tony automatically; do not send a duplicate notification.
2. Open and review the opportunityClick inside the opportunity card body (not the customer/contact link) to open the opportunity details. Verify the customer, quote type, requested Home and/or Auto coverage, application information, available documents, and Tony's instructions under Notes. Flag missing details before quoting.
3. Enter customer information in EZLynxOnce EZLynx access is provisioned, check for an existing customer before adding one. Enter and verify available applicant/co-applicant details, property and/or vehicle information, drivers, prior coverage, and other required rating information from the approved intake. Do not guess missing answers. Until EZLynx is available, use the currently approved quoting systems and document the work in GHL.
4. Run the requested quotesUse EZLynx and currently approved carrier portals as available and authorized. Quote only the Home, Auto, or bundle options Tony requested. Record carrier, quoted premium, deductible, key coverage terms, quote reference, assumptions, and any missing information. Escalate coverage choices to Tony.
5. Save quote documentationSave the carrier quote documents and relevant results in the appropriate EZLynx customer record when access and document handling are available. Keep the GHL opportunity notes/status current. Do not upload sensitive customer documents to the public dashboard.
6. Submit carrier results for TonySubmit the approved Carrier Results Form with the quoted Home/Auto results and supporting details. The existing GHL workflow is configured to return the matching opportunity to Customer Pipeline → Quote Ready — Tony Review, assign Tony as opportunity owner, add a note, and notify Tony. Verify the form and automation during testing; do not manually duplicate these steps.
7. Confirm handoff or escalateConfirm the form reports a successful submission and the handoff appears in GHL when accessible; if uncertain, escalate to Tony. If information is missing, a quote fails, or Tony requests another carrier or bundle, use the existing customer/opportunity record and communicate the blocker; do not create a duplicate.
Other Daily ProceduresMissing information, extra quotes, hours, and end-of-day tasks

Additional quote requestedCheck Tony's instructions, reopen or continue the existing customer record as directed, run the additional carrier or bundle quote, and submit updated results. Do not create duplicate opportunities.
